**Job Title**
IT Project Manager (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects across manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, retail, and customer‑relationship domains. Serve as the interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration, alignment with enterprise architecture, and successful adoption of new solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and close projects, establishing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct business‑needs elicitation, challenge requirements, and propose fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
- Lead integration of pre‑built or custom applications (On‑Premise, SaaS) into the corporate IT landscape.
- Manage configuration, interface design, and coordination with internal and external developers.
- Ensure solution coherence with the enterprise data architecture and security policies.
- Select tools, negotiate with vendors, and validate implementation.
- Mentor and coach project sponsors and cross‑functional team members.
- Contribute to major IT transformation initiatives alongside other project managers.
- Maintain clear documentation, risk registers, and project dashboards for executives and stakeholders.
**Required Skills**
- Strong knowledge of project‑management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum).
- Proficiency with project‑management software (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or equivalents).
- Experience in application integration, system configuration, and interface development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication in both French and English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry‑specific IT domains including manufacturing, supply chain, retail, and customer‑relationship management.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application integration or IT consulting, preferably within an engineering or publishing environment.
- Project‑management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile Practitioner) is highly desirable.
