Job Title: CyberArk Engineer
Job Description: **Job Title:** CyberArk Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, implement, and support cloud‑based Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using CyberArk and other PAM tools across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments. Lead architecture discussions, governance frameworks, and knowledge transfer for enterprise clients to secure privileged accounts and maintain compliance. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end PAM solutions for complex organizations. - Collaborate with system admins, application owners, and business stakeholders to tailor privilege management. - Provide documentation, SOPs, and training to empower client teams. - Work independently or in a team setting while meeting project timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define hardware and software requirements, install, configure, and deploy CyberArk (and other PAM solutions). - Assess client environments, identify weaknesses, and recommend architecture improvements and roadmaps. - Design PAM governance frameworks aligned with cloud security best practices. - Generate technical documentation, run knowledge‑transfer sessions, and maintain knowledge base. - Create and update SOPs, deployment plans, and support procedures. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years experience engineering cloud‑based PAM solutions. - Expertise in Privileged Access Management and CyberArk Delivery Engineer certification. - Solid knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, networking, LDAP, directory services, and application servers. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. - Certified CyberArk Delivery Engineer (CDE) or similar PAM certification.
