Owns the full sales cycle, builds relationships with mid‑to‑large utilities, delivers value propositions, and consistently hits or exceeds revenue targets. **Expectations** - 5+ years of proven SaaS sales success, ideally in utilities or related energy markets. - Extensive network within utilities, understanding of digital transformation challenges. - Fluency in English and French; Dutch a plus. - Self‑motivated, consultative salesperson with strong closing skills. - Ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and customer success functions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Prospect, qualify, and manage a pipeline of mid‑ to large‑size utility prospects. 2. Conduct needs analysis with decision‑makers (Product Managers, Portfolio Managers) and craft tailored solution presentations. 3. Translate technical SaaS capabilities into clear business value propositions. 4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals while protecting margin. 5. Coordinate with internal teams to design implementation plans and ensure smooth onboarding. 6. Deliver regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and account updates to leadership. 7.
