Job Description

Job title: Learning Consultant – IT Role Summary: Design, develop, and deliver blended learning experiences to accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot (including Copilot Chat) across a large enterprise, translating complex AI features into practical, learner‑centric scenarios. Serve as the learning and change partner for the Copilot rollout, aligning training with business priorities and measuring digital adoption success. Expectations: - Master Microsoft 365 ecosystem and AI tools to present clear, actionable content. - Deliver high‑impact blended learning solutions (e‑learning, virtual classrooms, simulations, in‑person sessions). - Engage diverse stakeholders, define metrics, and drive behavioural change that maximises productivity gains. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Enterprise Technology, Governance, and product owners to synchronize learning with strategy. - Design and facilitate learner‑centric programs that simplify Copilot’s technical capabilities. - Execute blended learning solutions (LMS, Articulate, Storyline, Adobe CC, Simulations). - Define success metrics and report on digital adoption outcomes. - Stay current on AI, digital learning, and workplace transformation trends to keep the strategy forward‑looking. Required Skills: - Learning design or consulting experience, preferably in IT or digital transformation. - Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, AI tools, and enterprise platforms. - Ability to distil complex technical content for non‑technical audiences. - Proficiency in blended learning methodologies and digital tools (LMS, Articulate, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, system simulations). - Familiarity with digital adoption platforms and change management principles. - Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and project management skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications in learning technology (e.g., ATD, Microsoft Certified: Team Foundation Server Professional, or equivalent) preferred.
