About the Company

La Mission Locale de Paris est une structure chargée de l’accueil, de l’information, de l’orientation et de l’accompagnement des jeunes de 16 à 25 ans, en démarche d’insertion professionnelle et sociale. Les valeurs de la Mission Locale de Paris s’articulent autour de quatre piliers : la solidarité, la confiance, la coopération et l’engagement. Chaque année elle reçoit environ 10 000 nouveaux·elles jeunes et en accompagne 22 000. Chargée d’une mission de service public, elle est financée par la ville de Paris, l’Etat et la région Ile-de-France. En 2024 : Plus de 9 270 jeunes ont été accueilli·e·s pour la première fois Plus de 2 781 jeunes sont en suivi renforcé dans le cadre du Contrat d'Engagement Jeune Plus de 1063 ont reçu une aide au titre du Fonds d'Aide aux Jeunes Parisiens (FAJP) Plus de 2 184 jeunes ont commencé un emploi durable (CDI ou CDD de plus de 6 mois)

Job Description
Job title: HR Intern – HR Manager Role Summary Provide hands‑on support to the HR Department of a non‑profit public‑service organization, focusing on training budget management, administrative HR tasks, and employer branding initiatives. Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure effective execution of HR programs for young clients. Expectations Deliver accurate and timely work across multiple HR functions. Demonstrate independence, strong sense of responsibility, curiosity, and effective teamwork. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information. Key Responsibilities - Monitor training budget with OPCO, ensuring alignment with skill‑development plans. - Process training expense claims in coordination with accounting/payroll. - Track and report training absenteeism. - Manage professional transition processes for new hires and exiting staff. - Oversee the training mailbox and respond to inquiries. - Draft employment contracts for new entrants. - Process work authorisation and permits. - Update the organisational chart. - Collaborate with IT to create recruitment request forms. - Partner with communications to develop employer‑branding initiatives (well‑being challenges, tutor kits, etc.). Required Skills - Proficiency in HRIS and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with OPCO processes and French training regulations. - Strong written and oral communication. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Detail‑oriented with organisational skills. Required Education & Certifications - Current Master 2 (or equivalent) in Human Resources, recruited for final internship. - Basic knowledge of French labor law is advantageous.
