Job Description: **Job Title:** Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Manager **Role Summary:** Lead implementation and maintenance of QHSE systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Oversee audits, risk assessments, and incident management to foster a safe and compliant operational environment. **Expectations:** Minimum 5 years of operational QHSE experience; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; operational English proficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, implement, and update QHSE procedures in collaboration with internal teams. - Create and monitor QHSE/E (Environment, Social Responsibility) performance indicators. - Manage QHSE documentation, including safety protocols and client-specific compliance materials. - Lead internal QHSE audits and track corrective actions. - Coordinate external audits for ISO certifications (Quality, Safety, Environment). - Maintain regulatory compliance through ongoing QHSE/RSE legislative monitoring. - Perform risk assessments and define risk mitigation strategies. - Investigate QHSE incidents, develop corrective action plans, and track implementation. **Required Skills:** - QHSE system implementation and management. - Audit management (internal/external). - Risk assessment and mitigation. - Data analysis for performance indicators. - Documentation and regulatory compliance expertise. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or equivalent in QHSE or related field. - ISO certification knowledge/preference (e.g., ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001). - Operational proficiency in English.
