Job Description

**Job Title:** Product Development Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead large‑scale enterprise projects within Consumables R&D for Infusion, Oncology, Vascular Access, and Pain Management units. Manage the full new product development (NPD) lifecycle, coordinate cross‑functional teams across multiple sites, and report progress to senior leadership. **Expectations:** - Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. - Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels, including Directors, VPs, and Executives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define project scope, create detailed work plans, and allocate resources across multidisciplinary teams. - Manage project execution from concept through prototype testing, validation, and launch. - Coordinate activities with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, R&D, Medical, and Supply Chain functions. - Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and provide updates to senior management. - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and quality issues throughout the development cycle. **Required Skills:** - Proven project management experience (5+ years). - Strong knowledge of the NPD lifecycle and related processes. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. - Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. - Risk assessment and mitigation expertise. - Cross‑functional collaboration and leadership. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering, life sciences, business, etc.). - PMP certification. - Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
