**Job title** Learning Product Manager – Partner Learning **Role Summary** Own and drive the learning product portfolio for senior consulting leaders, delivering high‑impact, evidence‑based learning experiences that link to commercial and people outcomes. **Expectations** * Deliver a clear, prioritized roadmap aligned with global L&D and business priorities. * Measure learning impact on behaviour and business metrics; iterate based on data. * Ensure ethical, privacy‑conscious use of AI‑enabled learning tools. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Own the product roadmap for Partner & Principal learning. 2. Conduct needs analyses to identify gaps and design evidence‑based solutions. 3. Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, designers, and stakeholders to create scenarios, simulations, coaching interventions, and peer‑learning components. 4. Source, evaluate, and manage external content providers and faculty; set SLAs and quality standards linked to learner outcomes. 5. Run governance and prioritisation with the Partner Development Council, HR, and regional leaders. 7. Define and manage the end‑to‑end portfolio budget in partnership with Finance. 8. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (HR, technology, delivery specialists) to ensure timely delivery and quality. **Required Skills** * 4–7 years in learning product management, organisational development, or strategic HR consulting. * Experience in a professional services or management consulting environment. * Proven design and delivery of executive‑level learning (simulations, coaching, peer learning). * Strong project management and multi‑program oversight. * Ability to link learning initiatives to commercial and people outcomes. * Data‑driven mindset for measuring impact and guiding decisions. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation. * Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms, authoring tools, and agile methodologies. * Experience with AI‑enabled learning tools and ethical data use. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field. * Certifications in Learning & Development, Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile (Scrum Master) preferred.
