**Job Title**
Product Owner – Salesforce (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Lead the definition, prioritisation and delivery of digital marketing and customer‑relationship services built on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related CRM tools. Work within an Agile SAFe framework in a cross‑functional team that includes business owners, architects, business analysts, scrum masters and developers. Translate marketing business needs into detailed, testable user stories, drive product road‑mapping, ensure compliance with data governance, and accelerate time‑to‑market for acquisition‑focused digital marketing solutions (SEO/SEA, recommendation engines, campaign automation).
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of Product Owner experience in communication or marketing domains.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce platforms, especially Marketing Cloud, including adaptation for high‑volume digital acquisition.
- Strong client‑centric mindset with exceptional listening, synthesis and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Technical curiosity and ability to bridge business and development teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with data regulations (GDPR) and marketing compliance requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Collaborate daily with the Agile Team (business owner, architects, BA, scrum master, developers) to capture and refine business requirements.
2. Write and maintain detailed user stories that reflect product vision and roadmap, ensuring clarity for development and alignment with marketing objectives.
3. Prioritise backlog items to maximise user value, reduce time‑to‑market, and meet acquisition KPIs.
4. Monitor product usage and user satisfaction metrics, driving continuous improvement cycles.
5. Advocate for data governance, ensuring marketing data is collected, stored, and activated in compliance with regulations.
6. Participate actively in SAFe ceremonies (PI planning, scrum of scrums, demos) and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
7. Support integration of AI‑driven acceleration processes within marketing workflows.
8. Maintain visibility of product performance against defined success metrics (lead conversion, cost‑per‑lead, engagement).
**Required Skills**
- Product ownership and backlog management in an Agile SAFe environment.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Advertising Studio, Audience Studio).
- Experience with SEO/SEA tools, digital marketing campaign management, and recommendation systems.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and documentation abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
- Insight into data privacy laws (GDPR) and marketing governance.
- Proficiency in English (professional level).
- Ability to work collaboratively across technology, marketing, and business teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
- Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager).
- Additional certifications in digital marketing, SEO/SEA, or data governance beneficial.
