Job Title Corporate & Contractual Lawyer (Fixed-term) Role Summary Provide legal support for corporate governance and contractual matters within a multinational consulting firm. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with corporate procedural requirements, drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial documents, and participating in intra‑group restructurings and transactions.
