**Job title**
Information Systems Project Manager (SI Project Lead)
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end IT projects within a service‑oriented domain, acting as the primary liaison between business leaders, project teams, and external suppliers. Ensure coherence of the information system, manage project budgets, and maintain operational excellence through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.
**Expectations**
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meet business and regulatory standards (security, GDPR).
- Align all initiatives with agency strategy, road‑maps, and technical foundations.
- Maintain rigorous documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving and strong stakeholder influence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Domain Ownership** – Gather, qualify, and consolidate business requirements; maintain application mapping; manage domain budget.
- **Project Leadership** – Plan, orchestrate, and track projects (use RACI, governance, status committees); define scopes, produce specifications, oversee procurement and contract terms; support functional testing and deployment.
- **Operational Maintenance (MCO)** – Oversee external and internal resources for corrective, evolutionary, and preventive maintenance; enforce service levels, regression and availability checks; prioritize tickets.
- **Business Enablement** – Advise on SI opportunities, challenge business requests, and support change management and user adoption.
- **Contract & Reporting** – Negotiate and monitor supplier contracts; track KPI performance; upkeep documentation repositories and regular reports.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced project management methodologies for IT (PMBOK, Prince2, or equivalent).
- Functional cross‑functional team management and coordination.
- ITIL or CMMI certification and practical use of support/monitoring tools.
- Supplier management with KPI definition, quality quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of application architectures, system administration, and collaborative platforms (e.g., git).
- Project budgeting, cost‑benefit analysis, and financial oversight.
- High‑level communication, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Analytical, synthesis, and documentation writing capabilities.
- Ability to handle regulatory requirements and secure data handling.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s +4/5 years (Engineering school or equivalent).
- Preferably certified in ITIL, CMMI, or relevant project management certifications.
