Our 3 steps include: Assessment, Implementation, and Management & Marketing Assessment We conduct in-depth research into your domain on Amazon and use what we find out about other vendors to optimize your storefront, making you their toughest competitor. We will develop a set of goals and create a financial model with you to achieve those goals. Implementation Based on our agreed upon goals, we create optimized product features and descriptions, utilizing Amazon Best Practices. We will set up promotional content and email campaigns to generate reviews of your store, as well as assist you in shipment of products and financial reporting. Management & Marketing Now that your Amazon Store is open, we work to make sure it continues to perform, creating metrics reports and reviewing our strategies as we go!
