Job Description
**Job Title:** Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (Deputy CISO) **Role Summary:** Hands‑on cybersecurity professional reporting to the Infrastructure Manager (who also acts as CISO). Responsible for protecting existing on‑prem and cloud (Azure & AWS) environments, driving security projects, establishing and maintaining global security governance, and managing audit and compliance activities. Position is a stepping‑stone toward a future CISO role. **Expectations:** - Deliver practical security solutions rather than remote management. - Operate autonomously while coordinating with international teams and an external managed‑service provider. - Communicate fluently in English (written and spoken). - Produce clear security documentation (policies, procedures, guides). - Contribute to ISO 27001, TISAX, GDPR compliance and continuous improvement of the security roadmap. **Key Responsibilities:** - Secure and continuously improve existing IT infrastructure (on‑prem & cloud). - Participate in and lead security aspects of new projects, especially cloud migrations to Azure and AWS. - Define, prioritize, and manage a pragmatic security roadmap. - Lead and coordinate internal, client, partner, and external security audits; track and close remediation actions. - Ensure compliance with TISAX, ISO 27001, GDPR and other relevant standards. - Oversee the performance of an international IT service provider, challenging technical choices and delivery quality. - Develop, maintain, and test the Information Security Policy (PSSI), Business Continuity Plans (PRA) and Incident Response Plans (PRI). - Author and maintain security procedures, standards, and documentation. - Address network security for multi‑site logistics and distribution centers, integrating network and security requirements. **Required Skills:** - Strong operational security expertise (audit, pentest coordination, remediation). - Deep knowledge of infrastructure and network security. - Proven experience securing Azure and AWS environments. - Familiarity with ISO 27001, TISAX, GDPR (ISO 27001 a plus). - Ability to design and execute a security roadmap. - Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex concepts. - Autonomous, rigorous, structured, and diplomatic when challenging decisions. - Comfortable working in international, multi‑country contexts. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s‑level degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field (Bac+5 / MSc). - Minimum 5–7 years of operational IT security experience, including completed security projects. - Demonstrated experience managing an international managed‑service provider. - Hands‑on experience with PRA/PRI and security policy (PSSI) development. - Professional fluency in English (written and spoken). - Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are advantageous but not mandatory.
