**Job Title:** Supply Planner **Role Summary** Develop and execute global supply strategies, optimize supply chain operations, and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between supply, demand, and inventory. **Expectations** Accountable for end-to-end global supply planning, inventory management, and supplier partnerships. Act as a strategic driver for supply-demand balance, S&OP processes, and rapid resolution of supply constraints. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop, implement, and maintain global supply strategies using RapidResponse (Kinaxis) for assigned products. - Analyze supply-demand exceptions, root causes, and inventory positioning to balance service levels and costs. - Facilitate S&OP processes to align supply plans with demand forecasts and resolve supply chain deviations. - Manage supplier production requirements, capacity planning, and product allocation for shortages or excesses. - Support new product introductions and lifecycle transitions (e.g., end-of-life, distribution changes). - Optimize logistics strategies through shipping analysis tools to enhance profitability. **Required Skills** - Advanced supply chain planning, demand/supply forecasting, and inventory management. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Proficiency in scenario planning, S&OP/S&BP methodologies, and supply-network optimization. - Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and decision-making in global/matrix environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or science. - Minimum 3 years of global supply planning or related supply chain experience.
