**Job Title**
Expert CI/CD / DevOps F/H
**Role Summary**
Provide advanced support (N1–N3) for the CI/CD platform, maintain and evolve tooling, integrate new application projects, and drive continuous improvement through DevOps and IaC best practices.
**Expectations**
- Deliver expert support across all incident levels.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD tooling and infrastructure.
- Incorporate emerging practices and technologies.
- Foster collaboration between development and operations teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.).
- Implement new applications and projects into the pipeline ecosystem.
- Contribute to process and tooling standardization and continuous improvement.
- Enforce DevOps and IaC best practices (ArgoCD, Tekton, Helm, Ansible, Terraform).
- Perform security, quality, and compliance checks (Sonar, Xray).
- Manage container and infrastructure environments (Docker, OpenShift, Linux).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical choices.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years in CI/CD / DevOps.
- Advanced proficiency with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Xray, Sonar, Digital.ai Release, ArgoCD, Tekton, Helm, OpenShift, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Linux.
- Strong experience with Java/Maven and JavaScript/npm ecosystems.
- Expertise in pipeline automation, IaC, and infrastructure management.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Autonomy, rigor, and a proactive mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven track record in CI/CD and DevOps environments.
