**Job Title:** Full Stack Developer **Role Summary:** Develop and maintain end‑to‑end web applications using modern frameworks. Collaborate across teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure high quality through code reviews, testing, and deployment. Enhance current systems to align with organizational policies on security, performance, and scalability. **Expactations:** - Deliver robust, maintainable code within agreed timelines. - Communicate progress and risks clearly to stakeholders. - Continuously improve development practices and contribute to team knowledge. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, code, test, and deploy full‑stack solutions. - Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical guidance. - Conduct peer code reviews and enforce coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in production and staging environments. - Integrate with APIs, databases, and third‑party services. - Collaborate with product, UI/UX, QA, and operations teams. **Required Skills:** - Professional experience in full‑stack development. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js). - Hands‑on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio or equivalent low‑code platforms. - Familiarity with Redwood Design System or similar UI frameworks. - Normal usage of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and data modeling. - Ability to write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests. - Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, JavaScript frameworks) are a plus but not mandatory.
