Senior Vice President, Enterprise Business Platforms and Deputy Chief Digital and Information Officer
Role Summary
Provide senior executive leadership for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications and digital platform strategy, while serving as the primary deputy to the Chief Digital and Information Officer. Lead the organization‑wide ERP transformation, application portfolio rationalization, integration architecture, and operational excellence initiatives that deliver measurable business value and support the organization’s growth goals.

- Deliver a multi‑year strategy that aligns enterprise platforms with overall business and digital objectives.
- Achieve successful deployment of the new ERP system across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and related functions on time, within budget, and meeting performance targets.
- Realize tangible cost savings, process efficiencies, and data quality improvements through platform rationalization and integration.
- Strengthen enterprise governance, stakeholder relationships, and change management to ensure high adoption and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise platform strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
- Champion the end‑to‑end ERP transformation, overseeing business process redesign, data governance, and organizational change.
- Lead application portfolio governance: prioritize investments, rationalize redundant systems, and enforce API/data‑exchange standards.
- Monitor and improve platform reliability, security, performance, and total cost of ownership using defined KPIs.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leaders and represent platform initiatives in cross‑functional and external partnership discussions.
- Oversee cross‑IT financial and operational performance, strengthening service quality and customer relationships across all IT functions.
Required Skills
- Strategic leadership and executive communication.
- Deep experience with large‑scale ERP (Finance, HR, Supply Chain) implementation and transformation.
- Expertise in application portfolio management, integration architecture, API standards, and data governance.
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost‑of‑ownership analysis, and value‑realization metrics.
- Proven change management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor partnership management.
- Knowledge of cloud, SaaS, low‑code, and modernization best practices.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Healthcare Administration.
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior platform or digital transformation roles.
- Relevant certifications preferred: PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, or certifications in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and cloud technologies.
