Focus on strategic relationship-building, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration. **Expectations:** - 5–10+ years of enterprise-level, full-cycle B2B sales experience. - Proven success in securing high-value contracts with complex enterprise clients. - Expertise in consultative selling and navigating multi-decision-maker sales processes. - Proficiency in outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and territory management. - Ability to adapt strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and closure. - Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to align with client objectives and Firework’s solutions. - Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders at the executive level. - Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure seamless client integration and satisfaction. - Refine sales playbooks, methodologies, and go-to-market frameworks to scale strategies. - Deliver persuasive presentations, demos, and proposals aligned with client needs. **Required Skills:** - Advanced solution-based selling and consultative sales techniques. - Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence capabilities. - Mastery of sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn, Apollo). - Effective communication for technical/non-technical audiences at all organizational levels. - Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with cross-functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. - No specific certifications required; equivalent sales achievements preferred.
