**Job Title:** Change Management Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Drive the end‑to‑end IT change management process aligned with ITIL best practices, focusing on the migration of change workflows and historical data from Jira to ServiceNow. Serve as the primary liaison for CAB meetings, stakeholder communication, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless transition, compliance, and continuous improvement of change governance.

- Lead the migration project, delivering on time and within scope.
- Achieve measurable improvements in change success rates, lead time, and SLA compliance.
- Maintain audit‑ready documentation and reporting for senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of proactive risk management and process optimization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Apply structured change management methodology, assess impacts, and complete formal assessments.
- Manage the full change lifecycle: logging, assessment, prioritization, CAB coordination, implementation tracking, and closure.
- Facilitate CAB meetings, document decisions, and enforce follow‑ups.
- Monitor and report on change metrics (success rate, failures, emergency changes, SLA adherence).
- Lead the migration of change records, workflows, approvals, and configurations from Jira to ServiceNow.
- Map, validate, and reconcile data to ensure integrity post‑migration.
- Redesign workflows in ServiceNow following platform best practices.
- Support UAT, defect resolution, and go‑live readiness for new processes.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and knowledge articles for adoption.
- Create dashboards and executive metrics on change performance, risk exposure, and release readiness.
- Partner with Incident, Problem, Release, and DevOps teams to improve change quality and service stability.
- Recommend process improvements and communicate changes to management.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 5 years of IT change management experience in an enterprise or MSP environment.
- Hands‑on expertise with Jira Service Management workflows and ServiceNow Change Management module.
- Proven track record of tool migration projects (Jira → ServiceNow).
- Deep understanding of ITIL Change, Incident, and Problem Management.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail orientation.
- Excellent organizational, diplomatic, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to interface with all levels of management.
- Competence in creating dashboards, reports, and executive metrics.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- ITIL Foundation (or higher) certification required.
