Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner Role Summary: Execute end‑to‑end technical recruitment for software, infrastructure, delivery, design, and product engineering roles. Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations while driving strategy to build high‑capacity teams that support government service initiatives. Expactations: - Deliver a high‑volume, pipeline‑driven recruiting process that meets business goals and timelines. - Partner with engineering leadership to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies. - Maintain a superior candidate experience through proactive communication and post‑process follow‑up. - Represent the employer brand at external events and on digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Source qualified candidates via Boolean searches, social media, referrals, and data mining. - Screen portfolios, schedule interviews, and coordinate interview logistics. - Prepare job postings from Statements of Work, publish in ATS, and track applicant data. - Conduct candidate assessments, debrief with hiring managers, and recommend top selections. - Negotiate offers, manage compensation discussions, and complete onboarding documentation. - Capture and analyze recruiting metrics, report on pipeline health, and propose process improvements. - Attend career events and tradeshow to expand passive candidate networks. Required Skills: - 1–3+ years recruiting technical engineering talent. - Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, internet mining). - Proficient with ATS (Lever, Greenhouse) and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed). - Strong multitasking, prioritization, and metric‑driven pipeline management. - Ability to negotiate, influence management, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication, executive‑level presentation skills. - High emotional intelligence, analytical reasoning, and comfort with ambiguity. - Collaborative, self‑directed, and capable of independent work without daily oversight. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. - Legal authorization to work in the United States.
