**Job Title:** Senior Salesforce Developer (OmniStudio)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce and OmniStudio solutions for public‑sector clients. Lead cross‑functional teams through discovery, requirements validation, and delivery of high‑quality, integrated applications.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver complex Salesforce & OmniStudio projects on schedule and within scope.
- Demonstrate senior technical expertise and lead project teams.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, validate, and document requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on architecture, integration patterns, and best practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and design OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, Cards, Templates, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, & security models.
- Build, test, and deploy data integration and migration scripts between Salesforce and external systems.
- Conduct discovery workshops, facilitate solution demonstrations, and maintain an updated solution blueprint.
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge transfer within the team.
- Write clean, reusable code (Apex, Lightning Web Components) and perform code reviews.
- Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure functional and performance testing.
- Coordinate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.
**Required Skills:**
- Senior‑level Salesforce development and administration experience.
- In‑depth hands‑on expertise with OmniStudio tools: OmniScripts, Cards, Templates, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures.
- Experience with public‑sector or government‑focused Salesforce solutions.
- Proficiency in data integration, ETL, and data migration within Salesforce/OmniStudio environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform limits, security, and data model.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to lead discovery sessions, validate requirements, and drive project delivery.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201/ADM 301) preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, and/or OmniStudio Specialist (OSA) certifications strongly preferred.
