**Job Title:**
Senior AI Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end design, development, and deployment of production‑grade AI solutions for enterprise clients. Act as the technical liaison between clients and internal product teams while maintaining autonomy and rapid delivery.
**Expectations:**
* Deploy AI systems 2‑3 days per week, with flexibility for additional days if needed.
* Own delivery of high‑impact, measurable AI projects from scoping to production.
* Demonstrate independent ownership, client‑centric focus, and a “ship fast, improve fast” mindset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct in‑depth client scoping and translate business challenges into technical AI roadmaps.
2. Architect, develop, and deploy full‑stack AI/ML applications, including data ingestion, model inference, and user interfaces.
3. Deploy, monitor, and maintain state‑of‑the‑art AI models on cloud, on‑premise, or hybrid environments, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
4. Create documentation and run technical workshops to enable client teams to sustain the solutions post‑launch.
5. Collaborate with internal product and R&D teams to capture field feedback, identify gaps, and influence the core technology roadmap.
6. Implement monitoring, testing, and performance tuning to meet engineering and business KPIs.
**Required Skills:**
* 3+ years of enterprise‑grade software engineering experience.
* Full‑stack expertise in a modern backend language (Python, Java, Go, etc.), RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
* Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
* Hands‑on experience with LLMs: architecture, MLOps, RAG, agentic systems.
* Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) and evaluation pipelines.
* Strong prompt engineering and LLM evaluation capabilities.
* Product‑driven mindset with rapid prototyping and iterative delivery.
* Excellent stakeholder communication and client engagement skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and prioritize impact.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* Certifications in cloud or ML platforms are a plus but not mandatory.
