**Job Title:** Product Operations Coordinator **Role Summary:** Coordinate end‑to‑end product operations activities to support product launches, lifecycle management, and operational excellence within a SaaS technology environment. **Expectations:** Deliver accurate product documentation, enable sales and marketing collateral, manage pricing/subscription tools, conduct market research, and improve cross‑functional processes, driving measurable metrics and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and maintain product documentation, internal guides, FAQs, and training materials. - Collaborate with marketing to produce one‑page sales enablement collateral. - Manage pricing and billing systems (Recurly, Stripe, Chargebee) to ensure accurate revenue recognition. - Execute market research, competitive analysis, and customer survey initiatives. - Implement and maintain tools/processes (Jira, Wrike, Trello) to enhance product team efficiency. - Work with product managers, engineering, sales, and marketing to support launches and lifecycle management. - Monitor and report key product operations metrics, identifying improvement opportunities. - Facilitate cross‑functional alignment on product initiatives and timelines. **Required Skills:** - 3‑5 years product operations, product management, or project management experience in SaaS/technology. - Proven documentation creation and management. - Experience with pricing and billing platforms (Recurly, Stripe, Chargebee). - Market research and competitive analysis proficiency. - Proficiency with Jira, Wrike, Trello; familiarity with Salesforce. - Strong analytical and data‑analysis abilities. - Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. - Proactive problem‑solving mindset, detail orientation, and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative settings. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional, Product Management certification) are a plus.
