Job Description

**Job Title** Technical Functional Project Manager – Sage X3 (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead the functional and technical optimization of Sage X3 ERP, focusing on Accounting and Finance modules. Bridge business accounting teams and the Sage X3 development squad, translating requirements into specifications, overseeing development, testing, and deployment, and ensuring solution quality and continuity. **Expectations** * Proven experience in Sage X3 as project manager, consultant, or technical‑functional role. * Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes. * Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple concurrent tasks, and demonstrate rigorous analytical skills. * Excellent communication and relationship‑building with business users and technical teams. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Configure and parameterize Sage X3 (Accounting/Finance modules). 2. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from accounting teams. 3. Translate functional needs into technical‑functional specifications. 4. Serve as interface between business stakeholders and Sage X3 development team. 5. Coordinate specific development tasks and ensure timely delivery. 6. Participate in testing, user acceptance, and production release activities. 7. Ensure quality, consistency, and sustainability of implemented solutions. 8. Provide user support and contribute to continuous ERP improvement. **Required Skills** * Sage X3 configuration and parameterization expertise. * Experience with Sage X3 custom development or integration. * In‑depth knowledge of accounting and finance workflows. * Project management experience (planning, scheduling, risk management). * Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills. * Effective communication and stakeholder management. * Self‑direction, diligence, and multitasking capability. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field. * Professional certification in Sage X3 (e.g., Sage X3 Project Manager, Sage X3 Functional Consultant) preferred.
