Job Description
**Job Title:** Entry Level Epic Analyst **Role Summary:** Provide foundational technical and functional support for healthcare information technology systems, including design, build, testing, validation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of applications such as Epic, Cerner, ERP, ITSM, analytics, and cloud platforms. **Expectations:** - Bachelor’s degree and US work authorization. - Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills. - Self‑motivated, high initiative, excellent analytical and time‑management abilities. - Ability to travel for training when required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, configure, test, validate, and document healthcare IT applications. - Analyze and document user requirements, procedures, and problems; recommend workflow improvements. - Document workflows, configure build activities, manage change, and produce end‑user notifications and status reports. - Develop and revise system design, test procedures, and quality standards. - Expand or modify systems to support new purposes or improve workflows. - Review system and performance metrics, identify issues, and coordinate resolution with appropriate staff. - Coordinate project schedules, facilitate meetings, and support training. - Provide technical and functional support for EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner), ERP (Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, UKG), ITSM (ServiceNow), analytics applications (Tableau, PowerBI), and cloud services (GCP, Azure, AWS). **Required Skills:** - Data analysis and understanding of multi‑format data. - Documentation, workflow mapping, and change‑management. - Strong communication and time‑management. - Problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and decision‑making. - Familiarity with healthcare IT operations and ancillary systems. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). - US work authorization. - Internship or research experience in a healthcare setting preferred. ---
