Job Description
**Job title** Senior Director, Professional Services **Role Summary** Lead and manage multiple high‑complexity software delivery engagements for up to five enterprise clients, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality delivery. Own financial performance, client satisfaction, and risk resolution, while driving people and practice development. **Expectations** - Deliver aggregate 4,500–7,500 person‑days of effort per fiscal year with revenue and margin targets met or exceeded. - Maintain client satisfaction scores above defined thresholds. - Act as the key escalation point for all project risk and issue resolution. - Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and practice capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of multiple complex projects across client portfolios. - Manage project scope, schedule, budget, change requests, and quality metrics. - Identify and resolve risks and issues; serve as escalation authority. - Report results, metrics, and improvement recommendations to executive sponsors (VP/SVP/COO). - Lead a delivery organization: staffing, performance management, coaching, and talent retention. - Partner with Directors on contract and Statement of Work management. - Develop and maintain deep knowledge of clients’ industries and business contexts. - Contribute Intellectual Property to the Delivery practice. - Support group strategy, vision, and trusted adviser relationships with stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Strategic leadership and project/program management in large, complex engagements. - Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and revenue/ margin accountability. - Risk and issue management, with proven escalation and resolution capabilities. - Talent management: hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Deep understanding of SaaS, cloud‑native P&C insurance solutions (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. - Minimum 15 years of professional experience in large‑scale software implementation, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role. - PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
