Job Description
Job Title: Interaction Designer Role Summary: Design and iterate user-interactions for a public sector digital solution within a 3‑month contract, collaborating closely with cross‑functional agile teams to translate stakeholder needs and user research into functional prototypes and journey maps. Expectations: • 3‑month contract (UK remote, occasional travel) • Full right to work in the UK • Demonstrated Interaction Design experience on government projects, including recent engagements • Ability to operate within IR35 regulations; daily rate £475 in‑house. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct requirement gathering and synthesize user research insights • Develop journey maps, interaction flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes using industry‑standard tools • Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Developers and Business Analysts in an agile environment • Communicate design rationale and progress to stakeholders, iterating based on feedback • Ensure design solutions are user‑centric, accessible, and meet governance standards. Required Skills: • Proven interaction design and prototyping expertise • Experience working in multi‑functional agile teams in the public sector/​government context • Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure) and research methods (journey mapping, card sorting, usability testing) • Ability to translate research into actionable design deliverables. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, UX Design, or related field; or a recognised certifications such as ABX UX, NN/g UX Certificate, or equivalent.

Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Role Summary: Lead analysis for a high‑profile government digital delivery programme, focusing on GraphQL enablement, API discovery, and application prioritisation to transition the team to an API‑centric architecture. Expactations: Initial 3‑month contract (early April 2026 start, with strong extension likelihood) under an outside IR35 arrangement; day rate up to £630 all‑in. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, document, and validate requirements for GraphQL integration across multiple channels. - Map current and future architecture, identifying dependencies and gaps. - Lead planning sessions, prioritise technical work, and develop actionable project plans with clear definitions of done. - Translate research findings into structured user and technical requirements for API discovery. - Define authentication needs and delineate the full API user journey in collaboration with UX and service design teams. - Map application and team dependencies, analyse value propositions, and develop a prioritisation framework for apps. - Establish processes for handling lower‑priority opportunities and maintaining stakeholder alignment. - Facilitate multidisciplinary discussions, drive decision‑making, and maintain progress against programme objectives. Required Skills: - Proven senior BA experience on complex technical programmes, ideally with government or public‑sector digital delivery. - Deep understanding of API architecture and comfortable working with engineering teams. - Ability to distil ambiguous technical problems into clear, structured requirements. - Expertise in dependency mapping, prioritisation frameworks, and stakeholder‑led planning. - Strong facilitation and decision‑driving skills within multidisciplinary environments. - Familiarity with GOV.UK standards and the GDS way of working is a strong advantage. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred). - Relevant business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred.
