**Job Title** React Native Developer – Secure Tech **Role Summary** Contract React Native (Expo) developer building secure mobile applications for a privacy‑focused organization. Collaborate with a lean technical team to design, develop, test, and maintain high‑performance mobile solutions for the secure communications market. **Expectations** - Deliver secure, scalable mobile apps for Android and iOS using React Native, Kotlin, and Swift. - Manage authentication (OAuth2) and integrate Gmail APIs, handling MIME payloads. - Translate Figma UI designs into responsive, accessible interfaces. - Participate in architecture discussions, automated testing (unit, integration, E2E), and CI/CD pipeline development. - Maintain clean, well‑documented codebase following Git workflow best practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and ship feature‑rich React Native (Expo) mobile applications. - Write and maintain native modules in Kotlin/Swift where needed. - Integrate third‑party APIs, manage OAuth2 authorization flows, and process MIME data. - Implement responsive UI components from Figma prototypes, ensuring cross‑platform consistency. - Design, write, and execute automated tests; enforce code quality standards. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable delivery. - Contribute to technical architecture and performance optimization. - Collaborate with UX, backend, and security teams to meet product and privacy goals. **Required Skills** - 4+ years’ experience with React Native; Expo SDK familiarity preferred. - Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills. - Native module development in Kotlin and/or Swift. - Experience with OAuth2, Gmail APIs, MIME standards. - Familiarity with cryptographic principles or encryption best practices. - Proven knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, etc.). - Git workflow expertise (feature branching, pull requests, code reviews). - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical experience. - No specific certifications required; knowledge of secure coding practices is a plus.
