**Job Title**
Business Analyst
**Role Summary**
Serve as a key member of the Technology COO team, ensuring the seamless operation of the technology organization and aligning its initiatives with business objectives. Coordinate projects, streamline processes, and facilitate communication across technology, enterprise, and business stakeholders.
**Expections**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support day‑to‑day operations of the technology organization; monitor team goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution—prepare timelines, track dependencies, and communicate progress.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations for the CTO, Technology Leadership, firm‑wide COO, and business units.
- Coordinate cross‑team communication among technology, enterprise, and business teams to align priorities and initiatives.
- Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements or new tools for process improvement.
- Participate in budget preparation, monitoring, and resource allocation for technology teams.
- Facilitate cross‑team meetings, working sessions, and training events.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project‑management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective collaboration and communication with both technical and non‑technical colleagues.
- Analytical mindset comfortable working with ambiguous problems and data.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to challenge the status quo and take ownership.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering).
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, servicing technology departments of finance organizations, or direct work within a finance organization’s technology function (internships included).
- Prior exposure or experience in trading is highly preferred.
