Collaborate cross-functionally to translate strategic goals into technical solutions. **Expectations:** - 5+ years leading impactful data science projects or PhD in quantitative field + 3+ years experience. - 5+ years applying machine learning, data mining, and statistical methods for business decisions. - 2+ years of hands-on deep learning, LLMs, GenAI, and NLP implementation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and deploy predictive models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP). - Mentor teams on machine learning methodologies, model evaluation, and optimization. - Translate business challenges into data science project plans and deliver actionable insights. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals. - Analyze large datasets using Python and SQL to generate predictive analytics. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Python for data processing and model development. - Expertise in SQL for querying cloud-hosted data platforms. - Deep knowledge of machine learning, statistical analysis, and model deployment. - Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP tools. - Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
