Job Description
**Job Title** Analyst, Infrastructure Investments **Role Summary** Provide analytical support for infrastructure investment activities, including financial modeling, due diligence, transaction execution, and capital‑markets initiatives across energy, digital, social, and transportation sectors. **Expectations** - 1+ years of relevant experience in finance, energy, data‑center, or related industry. - Ability to produce high‑quality financial models, presentations, and investment memoranda. - Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. - Effective written and verbal communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and maintain financial models for acquisition, development, and financing of land, power, and data‑center projects. - Conduct diligence and risk analysis on new infrastructure investments and existing development partnerships. - Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and board‑meeting materials. - Support equity and debt financing processes for portfolio companies. - Participate in internal and external meetings, contributing analytical insights. - Assist in sourcing, bidding, and closing transactions, including partnership and platform management. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel modeling; proficiency with statistical or financial analysis software. - Understanding of project risk (development, construction, operation) and related documentation. - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities. - Excellent presentation and data‑visualization skills. - Effective stakeholder management and collaborative teamwork. **Required Education & Certifications** - Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus but not required.
