**Job title** Email Marketing Practice Lead **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of email and SMS marketing services across multiple platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce). Own client strategy, execution, optimisation, and growth while managing a small team of 1‑2 freelancers. Drive the expansion of the email marketing practice within the agency and collaborate with sales to secure and grow client mandates. **Expectations** - Own full-service lifecycle for A‑to‑Z campaign development and optimisation. - Scale the practice to delegate routine execution, focusing on strategic growth. - Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert for email/SMS solutions and sales expansion. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, launch, and optimise email and SMS campaigns, including lifecycle workflows (welcome, retention, etc.). - Analyse performance data, run tests, and produce clear action‑able reports for clients. - Support discovery, craft solutions, pitch, and identify cross‑sell opportunities. - Coordinate 1‑2 freelancers, enforce quality standards and processes, ensure on‑time delivery. - Maintain knowledge of deliverability, segmentation, list growth, and testing best practices. **Required Skills** - 4+ years of hands‑on technical email marketing (e‑commerce or B2B). - 1+ year experience in an agency or multi‑client environment. - Expert proficiency in Klaviyo and Mailchimp (HubSpot, Salesforce expertise valued). - Strong lifecycle strategy development and execution. - Deep understanding of deliverability, segmentation, list growth, and A/B testing. - Bilingual in English and French (written & spoken). - Excellent organisation, multitasking, and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Professional certifications in email marketing (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot) preferred.
