**Job Title** Business Development Intern **Role Summary** Provide support to the Canadian Commercial team by developing business cases, conducting market analysis, and creating presentation materials to inform product portfolio decisions in the pharmaceutical sector. **Expectations** • Hold an MBA (1st year) or undergraduate Management degree (2nd/3rd year). • Minimum of 2–3 years of prior full‑time experience, preferably in business development within the pharmaceutical industry. • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). • Exhibit high reliability, punctuality, and professionalism. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Assist the Business Development and Market Research Manager in constructing business cases for the Canadian product portfolio. 2. Analyze primary market research and secondary datasets (e.g., IQVIA) to perform detailed product analyses. 3. Identify potential business opportunities and evaluate market trends. 4. Develop PowerPoint presentations and Net Present Value (NPV) documents for products under consideration. 5. Support ad‑hoc business development and market research activities and internal initiatives. 6. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support broader business initiatives. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint analytics. - Strong verbal and written communication. - Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities. - High attention to detail and multi‑tasking capability. - Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently. **Required Education & Certifications** (20**) - MBA program enrolment (first year) OR Undergraduate degree in Management (second/third year). - No specific certifications required; experience in pharmaceutical business development is preferred.
