**Role Summary**
Support the Managing Director and sales leadership in driving high‑quality prospecting, opportunity qualification, and closing of commercial real estate (CRE) search engagements. Serve as the front‑line associate, mastering core sales, research, and negotiation skills, with a path to senior associate and beyond.

- 0–3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or CRE (or a comparable college selling initiative).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop targeted prospecting and outreach strategies within assigned territories in partnership with the Managing Director.
- Qualify or disqualify leads through email, phone, video conference, and LinkedIn, assessing hiring needs, budget, decision‑making processes, and timeline.
- Guide prospects through search offerings, articulate CRE value proposition, conduct effective discovery, and convert qualified opportunities into signed search engagements.
- Negotiate terms, pricing structures, and contract details with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coordinate with the recruiting team to ensure smooth handoffs, alignment on role requirements, and accurate scoping of each search.
- Provide ongoing communication regarding client expectations, timelines, and changes to search criteria.
- Leverage internal data, technology, and industry relationships to identify high‑value opportunities and drive revenue.
- Document all client interactions, opportunity stages, and contract details in Salesforce; communicate with internal stakeholders for transparency and alignment.
