Job Description
Job Title: Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Role Summary: Lead the presale process for integrated campaigns, creating insights‑driven proposals that blend cultural relevance, creative storytelling, and revenue metrics. Own end‑to‑end development of pitch materials, collaborate across sales, content, and operations teams, and deliver high‑ROI partnership opportunities targeting Gen Z and Millennial women. Expectations: - 5–7 years experience in integrated marketing, presale strategy, or brand partnerships within digital media or publishing. - Proven track record of building custom paid digital and event proposals from concept to execution. - Strong design sensibility and proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Suite (a plus). - Deep understanding of digital KPIs (CTR, CPM, eCPM, engagement, uniques, pageviews, visits) and ability to translate data into audience‑first strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to executives and clients. - Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast‑paced, ambiguous, startup‑style environments. Key Responsibilities: - Craft culturally‑fluent, insights‑driven proposals anchored in key IP, amplified across social, digital, vodcast, and experiential channels. - Translate audience data and client objectives into scalable, multi‑platform campaigns. - Collaborate with sales to respond to RFPs, co‑pitch partners, and manage pricing, margin, and cost of goods. - Oversee cross‑functional workflows to ensure seamless hand‑offs to account management and post‑sale teams. - Continuously innovate market strategy, injecting fresh ideas across digital, social, and experiential initiatives. Required Skills: - Integrated marketing & presale strategy expertise. - Proposal development and deck building. - Design tools: PowerPoint, Canva; Adobe Suite a plus. - Google Workspace, Asana, Microsoft Office. - Data translation: impressions, CTR, CPM, eCPM, unique visits, pageviews. - Storytelling, cultural relevance, audience‑first thinking. - Leadership, stakeholder management, and project coordination. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (marketing, communications, business administration, or related field).
