Job Description
Job title: Salesforce Administrator Role Summary: Provide enterprise‑level administration for a large Salesforce.com instance, designing and maintaining declarative configurations (Flows, layouts, validation rules, permission sets, custom metadata) while collaborating with developers on programmatic components. Ensure secure, reliable, and compliant operations, support Level‑2 incidents, contribute to release management, and drive user adoption through training and documentation. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality declarative solutions that meet functional and security standards. - Resolve support tickets with first‑contact resolution or minimal escalation. - Maintain accurate documentation and test artifacts for all configuration changes. - Participate actively in sprint planning, release readiness, and continuous improvement cycles. - Promote data quality, governance, and best practices across the CRM ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and test declarative Salesforce solutions (Flows, page layouts, Lightning record pages, validation rules, permission models). - Evaluate business requests to determine appropriate use of declarative vs programmatic approaches. - Collaborate with Salesforce Developers on post‑deployment maintenance of programmatic components. - Provide Level‑2 support: triage, root‑cause analysis, and resolution of incidents from the Service Desk. - Coordinate with integration teams for issues spanning multiple systems (SIS, ERP, LMS). - Develop and execute configuration‑level test scripts, validate acceptance criteria, and support User Acceptance Testing. - Prepare and maintain release artifacts (deployment packages, release notes, test plans). - Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data quality dashboards. - Develop and deliver training materials; drive user enablement and adoption. - Update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and administrative documentation to reduce recurring issues. Required Skills: - Expertise in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, validation rules, permission sets, custom metadata). - Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and role hierarchy. - Experience with release management, sprint‑based delivery, and CI/CD practices. - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot configuration‑related issues; familiarity with integration concepts (REST/SOAP). - Excellent documentation and communication skills; ability to produce clear test scripts and release notes. - Proficiency in Salesforce report and dashboard creation, data import/export tools, and data quality best practices. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to work independently while collaborating cross‑functionally. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. - Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201 or higher); Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADV A) preferred. - Additional certifications such as Salesforce Service Cloud or Experience Cloud Administrator are a plus.

Job Title: Systems Integration Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain system integrations for a multidisciplinary analytics lab, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, and related technologies. Expectations: Deliver high-quality integrations under fluctuating workloads; collaborate with cross-functional teams; and support continuous improvement and documentation. Key Responsibilities – • Design, implement, test, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations involving Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud), MuleSoft, Tableau, and marketing/ELT solutions. – • Configure, maintain, and secure APIs and webhooks; apply DevOps best practices (Gearset, continuous integration). – • Conduct risk assessment, develop mitigation plans, and support change management for integration projects. – • Provide technical support and training across Mac and Windows environments; act as subject matter expert for multidisciplinary stakeholders. – • Document architecture, processes, data governance, and user management procedures. – • Collaborate with developers, researchers, and other stakeholders to meet evolving data and visualization needs.
