Expectations: Deliver measurable account growth, maintain high client satisfaction, achieve quarterly renewal targets, and consistently exceed individual and team revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues promptly. - Develop and execute account strategies to maximize advertiser spend. - Consult with clients to understand business objectives and recommend solutions. - Pilot the onboarding of new large accounts, coordinating cross‑functional teams for a seamless process. - Communicate new product launches and opportunities to clients. - Generate post‑campaign analyses and scale client activities based on findings. - Lead quarterly business reviews that drive renewals and incremental revenue. - Research client needs and create forward‑looking, data‑rich recommendations.
