**Job Title** IT Innovation Manager **Role Summary** Lead the creation, assessment, and delivery of digital innovations across a professional services firm. Own the innovation pipeline from ideation to product launch, aligning business strategy, technical specifications, and commercial objectives while fostering a culture of digital transformation among 8,000 employees. **Expectations** - Self‑directed, proactive with strong time‑management skills. - Skilled at building trust with senior executives, partners, and cross‑functional teams. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value. - Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing in a fast‑moving environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive innovation mindset and practical delivery throughout the organization. - Collaborate with business units to identify new opportunities and assess digital product feasibility. - Define short‑ and long‑term benefits, priorities, and business cases for proposed changes. - Administer the internal innovation platform: set challenges, manage submitted ideas, and track progress. - Support the Product Owner in Agile/Scrum processes; write epics, features, and user stories; maintain the product backlog. - Ensure product alignment with strategy, specifications, and technical requirements for commercial and technical success. - Liaise with Business Relationship Managers to manage incoming product requests, PoCs, and prototypes. - Manage the firm’s innovation community, communicating roadmap, milestones, and new concepts. - Design and deliver learning/training programs to increase digital mindset and adoption. - Negotiate commercial terms with external suppliers; oversee delivery and quality. **Required Skills** - Proven product innovation and lifecycle management (concept to launch). - Deep knowledge of digital, mobile, and AI product development. - Agile/Scrum expertise; experience in writing epics/features/stories and backlog grooming. - Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building at all levels. - Clear, concise communication for technical and non‑technical audiences. - Business acumen: cost/benefit analysis, revenue projections, and commercial strategy. - UX/UI understanding and ability to drive customer‑centric design. - Change control, project scheduling, and budget management. - Ability to work with internal delivery teams and external suppliers. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Product Management certification (e.g., Certified Product Manager, Pragmatic Marketing). - Agile Scrum certification (CSM, PSP, or equivalent) preferred. - Relevant experience: 5+ years managing digital products or innovation initiatives in a professional services or technology setting.
