Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Applications Analyst **Role Summary:** Responsible for the administration, performance optimization, support, and integration of the organization’s CRM and finance applications. Acts as the primary liaison between users, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure secure, efficient, and continuous improvement of business systems. **Expectations:** - Manage system configurations, user access, and permissions. - Deliver first‑ and second‑level support and user training. - Maintain ticketing system and track support requests. - Oversee application integrations and resolve related issues. - Perform regular audits, updates, and SQL‑based performance routines. - Identify enhancement opportunities and implement changes with stakeholders. - Produce reports and insights to aid decision‑making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure and administer CRM and finance applications. - Provide end‑user support, troubleshoot issues, and create training materials. - Manage integration workflows to ensure seamless data flow and automation. - Execute SQL scripts for data analysis, system monitoring, and performance tuning. - Conduct system audits, apply patches, and maintain documentation. - Collaborate with Business Applications Manager, vendors, and IT teams on maintenance and upgrades. - Generate analytical reports for strategic planning. **Required Skills:** - Experience supporting and optimizing business applications in a complex environment. - Strong verbal, written, and visual communication abilities. - Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions. - Proficiency in first‑ and second‑level user support and training delivery. - SQL competency for data extraction, analysis, and scripting. - Knowledge of application monitoring best practices. - Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). - Strong stakeholder and vendor collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Formal training or certification in SQL (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle). - Preferred: Certifications related to Microsoft Power Platform or CRM/Finance systems.
