**Job Title:** Marketing Communications Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Develop, write, edit, and distribute high‑quality communications for advisor and internal audiences across email, newsletters, intranet, and social channels. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, brand‑consistent messaging and support broader marketing initiatives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver accurate, timely communications that meet brand, SEO, accessibility, and AODA standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Act as a proactive, collaborative partner across the Wealth Experience team, continually improving processes and content effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Draft and edit operational updates, email campaigns, newsletters, event communications, and blog posts.
- Gather stakeholder input, create actionable messaging, and align content with organizational voice and tone.
- Plan, execute, and track communication initiatives, including mailing list management, translations, and content archives.
- Publish and maintain content on intranet, blogs, and shared mailboxes.
- Analyze communication metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all material complies with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and accessibility requirements.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of communications experience, preferably in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
- Advanced writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, content management systems, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint & Word).
- Strong social media and community management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration, problem‑solving, and adaptability.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Post‑secondary degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing Communications, or related field.
- Industry knowledge in financial services/dealer marketing is highly valued.
