Expactations: • 8‑12 years total experience, 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS projects, 3+ years with both Workday and ServiceNow programs.

Key Responsibilities: • Own program charter, scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and governance for concurrent Workday & ServiceNow initiatives.
• Build integrated plans covering requirements, design, build, SIT/UAT, release, cutover, and hyper‑care.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, Scrum‑of‑Scrums, Kanban boards); track dependencies, blockers, and critical path.
• Facilitate workshops, executive steering updates, demos, and decision forums; maintain RAID logs and ADRs.
• Align cross‑functional stakeholders (HR, Payroll, IT, InfoSec, field ops) on priorities, acceptance criteria, and business outcomes.
• Produce status reports, dashboards, and C‑level readouts on value, risks, and mitigations.
• For Workday: manage core HCM, Compensation/Benefits, Time & Absence, Payroll, and Talent workstreams; coordinate bi‑annual/quarterly releases, regression cycles, configuration migration, integrations, data conversion, and parallel payrolls.
• For ServiceNow: deliver HRSD capabilities across Case & Knowledge, Employee Center, Journeys, Document Management, and Virtual Agent; oversee SDLC, environments, ATF, release planning, quality gates, and platform guardrails.
• Enforce privacy‑by‑design for HR data (PII/PHI), audit readiness, SoD, access controls; drive change management, cutover readiness, and production move controls.
• Track financials and vendor deliverables; manage RFP/RFI processes and negotiate SLAs/OLAs.
• Plan training, communications, and adoption KPIs; develop runbooks, SOPs, knowledge transfer, and transition to steady‑state support.
Required Skills: • Agile & SDLC expertise (Scrum/Kanban, release management, SIT/UAT).
• Proven integration oversight (Workday ↔ ServiceNow, Identity/SSO, Payroll, e‑sign, document storage).
• Data migration governance, privacy & security compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and vendor/SI coordination.
• Proficiency with Jira/Azure DevOps, Smartsheet/MS Project, Confluence/SharePoint, and reporting dashboards.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (minimum).
• PMP and/or Scrum Master (PSM/CSM) preferred.
• Workday certifications (Platform, Reporting, Payroll, Time) a plus.
• ServiceNow CSA; CIS HR or CIS ITSM a plus.
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation a plus.
