Job Title: Marketing & Communication Director
Role Summary:
Lead and execute the integrated marketing and communication strategy for a rapidly growing IT services company, driving brand equity, demand generation, and market expansion. Oversee a 5‑person team and collaborate with sales, product, and finance functions to align initiatives with corporate growth objectives.
Expectations:
- Deliver measurable growth in qualified leads, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and maintain accountability for ROI.
- Foster a high‑performance, collaborative culture across marketing, sales, and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the group’s growth and multi‑subsidiary structure.
- Partner with sales to craft compelling storytelling for product/service offerings and support go‑to‑market activities.
- Generate qualified leads through inbound (SEO/SEA, content, webinars) and outbound (email, account‑based marketing) channels.
- Strengthen marketing data maturity: refine contact segmentation, data hygiene, and performance analytics.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute external events (tradeshows, conferences, client events) and internal communications for employee engagement.
- Manage marketing budget in partnership with finance, ensuring effective allocation and transparent reporting.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (leads, conversion, revenue, ROI, brand metrics).
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Marketing or Marketing & Communication Director/Head in the IT sector.
- Expertise in lead generation, inbound/outbound marketing, SEO/SEA, social media, webinars, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical ability to design, monitor, and optimize budgets, KPIs, and ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
- Strategic vision with a results‑driven, collaborative leadership style.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed, growth environment.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, Salesforce) preferred.
