**Job Title:** Marketing Operations Data Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Analyze and visualize marketing data to drive insights and optimize processes. Build dynamic dashboards, automate reporting, and support decision‑making across the marketing lifecycle. Collaborate cross‑functionally to recommend workflow improvements, enhance data governance, and integrate technology solutions.
**Expectations:**

- Maintain high data quality and governance standards.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, IT, finance, and business development teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Construct and maintain dashboards and reports in SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate for campaign performance, ROI, and operational KPIs.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis, trend forecasting, and performance tracking across campaigns and projects.
- Evaluate marketing processes, recommend automation, workflow optimization, and efficiency improvements.
- Manage data from marketing platforms, CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.), CMS, and enterprise BI tools.
- Use Python and/or R to analyze large datasets, automate recurring reporting, and support experimentation.
- Partner with stakeholders to scope data needs, implement tracking solutions, and present findings to leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and governance across all sources.
**Required Skills:**
- 2–4 years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or operations (B2B or professional services).
- Advanced proficiency with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience with large, complex datasets and database tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, InterAction, Marketo) and marketing automation platforms (ServiceNow, BigHand, Workfront).
- Knowledge of firm intelligence systems (e.g., Foundation).
- Strong analytical, technical, and presentation skills; ability to explain insights to non‑technical audiences.
- Gen AI familiarity preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
