TMC Marketing and Communications Manager
**Role Summary**
Drive TMC’s marketing, communication and brand strategies to strengthen its standing as a leading European teleradiology provider. Translate business objectives into actionable campaigns, create compelling content, support commercial sales and recruitment efforts, and provide market intelligence to inform strategy across all stakeholder groups.
**Expectations**
- Align marketing efforts with TMC and Unilabs group objectives, ensuring consistent brand positioning across European markets.
- Deliver measurable impact on client awareness, trust, engagement, lead generation, client retention, and recruitment attraction.
- Partner with commercial, operations, medical, and recruitment teams to create integrated communication solutions.
- Provide regular insights on market trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to influence strategic decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Marketing & Brand Strategy** – Develop, execute and optimise TMC’s brand and market positioning strategy, segment specific messaging, and ensure alignment with corporate direction.
- **Content & Communication Management** – Produce high‑quality marketing assets for the website, social media, newsletters and external events; oversee production of promotional materials; coordinate external agencies for design, PR and digital marketing.
- **Commercial Support** – Craft campaigns, material and presentations that support sales, lead generation and client retention; contribute to tenders and business development activities.
- **Recruitment Marketing** – Design targeted campaigns to attract radiologists across Europe; analyse market insights and build TMC’s employer brand.
- **Market & Competitor Intelligence** – Conduct continuous market and competitive analysis, track pricing, service models and emerging trends; deliver actionable intelligence reports.
- **Internal Communication** – Produce internal updates and support leadership communications (newsletters, town‑halls, CDM initiatives) to promote engagement and recognition.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic marketing & brand management, campaign development, and market positioning expertise.
- Content creation, website management, digital marketing, social media strategy and analytics.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills; ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
- Analytical thinking, research methodology, and use of market intelligence tools.
- Stakeholder engagement, cross‑functional collaboration, and project management across multiple priorities.
- Proactive, creative, and structured approach to problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal English (native or near‑native); Scandinavian language knowledge a plus.
- Experience in healthcare or professional services marketing highly desirable.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- No specific professional certification mandatory; relevant marketing or communications qualifications (e.g., CPM, AMA) considered beneficial.
