**Job Title:**
Specialist, Identity and Access Management
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Identity Governance and Access Management (IAM) policies, standards, and processes. Ensure IAM integration across projects, maintain compliance, and enhance the organization’s security posture through collaboration with cross‑functional teams and vendors.
**Expectations:**
- Work onsite at corporate headquarters (4‑5 days/week) after an initial remote period (3‑6 months).
- Occasional travel for company events and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain a collaborative, growth‑mindset attitude in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
- Document IAM processes, configurations, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular access and entitlement reviews for employees, third parties, and systems.
- Support IT project teams to embed IAM best practices into project scopes.
- Partner with security architects (e.g., connected vehicle, connected factory) to apply IAM controls.
- Lead identity requirements definition and integration for new applications.
- Advise the Information Security Risk team on IAM‑related enterprise risks.
- Perform proactive security assessments, identify gaps, and remediate IAM weaknesses.
- Manage relationships with IAM vendors and partners.
- Contribute to security policy development and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Maintain and disseminate IAM tool expertise through training and knowledge transfers.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD or comparable IAM platforms.
- Experience designing authentication, authorization, and federation frameworks (SSO, MFA, RBAC).
- Ability to develop automation/workflows for provisioning, de‑provisioning, privileged and password management.
- Proven investigative and incident response capabilities in security contexts.
- Effective collaboration and independent project management skills.
- Up‑to‑date awareness of security threats, attack vectors, and industry best practices.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience as a Security Engineer, Analyst, or equivalent IAM role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Azure Security Engineer Associate) are preferred but not mandatory.
