**Job Title:**
Gen AI Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, architect, and lead enterprise‑grade Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks. Drive end‑to‑end delivery from strategy through deployment on Azure and GCP, ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
**Expectations:**
• 12+ years in IT, with 10‑12 years focused on AI/ML and LLM/agentic technology.
• Proven track record designing scalable Gen‑AI architectures, RAG pipelines, and multi‑agent systems.
• Deep expertise in Python microservices, cloud functions, and container orchestration.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and manage cross‑functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect scalable Gen‑AI ecosystems (LLM, multi‑agent, RAG) on Azure & GCP.
- Define technology strategy, best practices, and governance frameworks for responsible AI.
- Lead integration of OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Vertex AI into enterprise APIs and connectors (MuleSoft, Apigee, Azure APIM).
- Establish LLMOps – CI/CD, monitoring, cost control, performance tuning, and bias mitigation.
- Drive PoC and research initiatives to validate new features and capabilities.
- Mentor data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders; translate use cases into secure, cost‑effective solutions.
- Maintain documentation, playbooks, and technical standards for enterprise adoption.
**Required Skills:**
- Generative AI Solution Architecture (RAG, LLM orchestration, prompt design).
- Backend & Integration (Python microservices, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Functions, Kubernetes).
- Enterprise LLM design (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Hugging Face, Vertex AI).
- RAG & data pipeline design (Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Vertex AI Matching Engine).
- LLM fine‑tuning & parameter‑efficient tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT); memory module integration.
- Multi‑agent orchestration (LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy).
- Performance engineering for cloud‑native ML workloads.
- Governance & guardrails (content moderation, data protection, bias detection).
- Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and agent‑ops dashboards.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Certifications in relevant cloud platform AI services (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI) preferred.
