**Job Title:** Strategy & Operations Manager, Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Senior leader responsible for end‑to‑end global consumer growth and marketing strategy. Partners with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Regional leadership to define opportunities, design investment frameworks, and deliver measurable acquisition, engagement, retention, and ROI outcomes. Acts as strategic advisor and execution driver influencing high‑impact decisions across the organization.
**Expectations:**
- 7–10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or finance, preferably within consumer tech, marketplaces, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives with quantifiable business impact.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders globally and align teams around common goals.
- Strong analytical mindset; advanced Excel proficiency and working knowledge of SQL or similar data tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of distilling complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
- High adaptability in fast‑moving environments and bias toward structured execution.
- Fluent in English.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the development and execution of global growth and marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and ROI.
- Translate corporate objectives into actionable priorities, KPIs, and regional implementation plans.
- Design, implement, and scale investment frameworks for marketing resource allocation and efficiency.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance rhythms to ensure alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Finance to champion data‑driven decision making.
- Drive acceleration initiatives through experimentation, best‑practice sharing, and performance optimization.
- Produce executive‑ready insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
