Job Title: Data Warehouse Developer
Role Summary:
Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring data integrity, performance, and accessibility to support decision‑making across the organization.
Expactations:

- Collaborate cross‑functionally, translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Azure‑based data warehouse architectures using Azure Data Factory, SQL Database, and related services.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data, performing cleansing, transformation, and preparation for reporting and analytics.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports with Power BI or Tableau; provide clear documentation and support for end users.
- Monitor pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and implement testing strategies to ensure high data quality and uptime.
- Respond to second‑line incidents and service requests, coordinating with the service desk and documenting change requests.
- Participate in iterative delivery cycles, contributing to experimentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote data literacy and engagement across the organization.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience building data warehouse solutions in large/complex environments.
- Advanced SQL development (SQL Server, Oracle, or Postgres) and familiarity with Azure data services.
- Proficiency in ETL tool development (Azure Data Factory, Wherescape, or equivalent).
- Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and detail orientation.
- Effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in agile settings and manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to data ethics, protection, and high‑quality standards.
- Working knowledge of Office 365, especially advanced Excel.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Professional qualification in data warehousing or database technologies preferred; if not held, readiness to pursue one is expected.
