Job Description
Job title: E‑Commerce & Community Management Intern Role Summary: Assist in optimizing the Dermalogica France e‑shop by driving conversion and retention, while managing community interactions across social media platforms. Coordinate content creation, monitor customer service, and analyze performance to support overall e‑commerce and marketing strategy. Expactations: - Meet monthly KPI targets for conversion, retention, and engagement. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely responses. - Deliver on scheduled content and partnership timelines. - Provide actionable insights from analytics reports. Key Responsibilities: **E‑Commerce – Conversion & Retention** - Optimize pre‑purchase experience (lead nurturing, live chat support). - Manage product and collection pages (creation, tagging, SEO). - Build and refine landing pages, blog posts, and special sales pages. - Oversee loyalty program communication and post‑purchase follow‑up. - Coordinate with marketing studio for visual assets. - Monitor and respond to product reviews and customer feedback. **Community Management & Social Media** - Publish scheduled content, moderate comments and DMs, engage community. - Follow-up on influencer partnerships, contests, and brand collaborations. - Provide briefs for influencer content. - Suggest and test new social media initiatives and processes. **Analytics & Competitive Intelligence** - Analyze and report on social media and e‑commerce metrics. - Conduct competitive trend research (industry, influencer, CRO). - Track performance of promotions and loyalty initiatives. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication in English and French. - Knowledge of e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Stripe). - Basic SEO, CMS editing, and content creation (copywriting, image tagging). - Data analysis: Google Analytics, social listening tools, basic Excel/Sheets. - Familiarity with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite). - Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrolment in a bachelor’s program (Commerce, Marketing, Digital Media) or recently graduated. - Internship or hands‑on experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing. - Preference for experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector. - No mandatory certifications required.
