Director, Cyber Threat Intelligence
**Role Summary**
Lead the global Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) program, architecting strategy, operations, and governance to safeguard organizational assets and information through actionable intelligence.
**Expactations**
- Deliver strategic vision and measurable outcomes for CTI initiatives.
- Communicate complex intelligence to senior leadership, boards, and cross‑functional partners.
- Build, mentor, and scale high‑performance CTI teams.
- Foster collaboration with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, industry ISACs, and internal stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and execute the organization’s CTI strategy and roadmap.
- Oversee collection, analysis, enrichment, and dissemination of threat intelligence.
- Manage a mix of in‑house analysts, researchers, and third‑party resources.
- Establish intelligence requirements aligned with business priorities and regulatory obligations.
- Integrate CTI insights into security operations, incident response, and resilience programs.
- Conduct horizon scanning for nation‑state actors, ransomware, insider threats, and supply‑chain risks.
- Deliver timely briefings to executives, boards, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure alignment with policies and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and intelligence‑sharing communities.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years in cybersecurity, with ≥5 years in CTI leadership.
- Deep knowledge of threat intelligence methodologies, ATT&CK, kill‑chain frameworks, and geopolitical threat landscapes.
- Proven ability to lead global CTI teams and scale programs.
- Expertise in engaging law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and industry ISACs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; experience briefing executives and boards.
- Leadership and people‑development capabilities.
- Ability to translate technical intelligence into business‑relevant insights.
- High integrity, discretion, and sensitivity to classified information.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Certifications such as GCTI, CISSP, or CISM strongly preferred.
